About The Position

Parts Clerk – Full Time Papillion Sanitation | A Waste Connections Company 📍 Bellevue, NE 🕘 Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Papillion Sanitation, a Waste Connections Company, is hiring a Parts Clerk to work out of our brand-new facility in Bellevue. This is a hands-on role that helps keep our trucks and equipment running by making sure the right parts are on hand when they’re needed. If you like staying organized, working with your hands, and being part of a solid team, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience working with parts, inventory, warehouse, or similar work
• Good attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move parts and materials
• Dependable, team‑oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts, tools, and supplies
• Keep parts organized and easy to find
• Track inventory and keep accurate records
• Help order parts and restock shelves when supplies run low
• Work with vendors and delivery drivers
• Pull parts for mechanics and maintenance staff
• Keep the parts room clean, safe, and organized
