About The Position

Vista Aircraft Maintenance is seeking to hire a Parts Clerk for our Part 145 Repair Station in western Wisconsin, less than one hour from the Minneapolis area. The Parts Clerk reports directly to the Parts Manager and plays a vital role ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our maintenance facility by managing aviation parts inventory. The ideal fit is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments with a focus on maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting weekend operations as needed, and collaborating closely with maintenance teams. Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in-house maintenance provider for the Vista Members’ fleet, which comprises an unrivalled fleet of light, super mid-size, long-range and ultra-long-range aircraft. Vista Aircraft Maintenance has multiple maintenance hubs strategically located across the U.S. and Europe.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• 1-2 years of experience with a willingness to learn
• Problem Solving/Analysis
• Collaborative Skills/ Teamwork
• Systems Skills for computer hardware & software including applications

Responsibilities

• Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring the current parts inventory
• Pricing parts to maintain profitability
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
• Helping aviation partners find and purchase the correct parts
• Overseeing special orders
• Collaborating with Lead Maintenance Technicians to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
