About The Position

Optimum RV is a leading dealership known for providing high-quality recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused RV Parts Associate to join our team and assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their RV.

Requirements

Proven experience in a parts counter or similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
Strong knowledge of RV parts, accessories, and systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to identify and locate parts using catalogs, computer systems, and other resources.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using parts management software and computer systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers in identifying and locating RV parts and accessories.
Providing detailed information and recommendations on parts, accessories, and related services.
Processing parts orders, including special orders and warranty parts.
Managing parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Keeping the parts counter and showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
All other responsibilities as assigned.
