About The Position
Huston Cadillac GMC is seeking An Experienced & Qualified Full Time GM Parts Associate.
Requirements
- 1 year of Parts Advisor/Counterperson experience, preferably in a Dealership setting
- General knowledge of the automotive industry and parts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers, and senior management
- Computer and phone skills
- Candidates must complete and pass required background check and drug screening prior to hire.
Nice To Haves
- GM Dealership experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Speaking with customers in person, via phone and email regarding their parts needs
- Providing Service Technicians with parts required for repair orders
- Recording all sales and customer transactions
- Maintaining a neat and orderly environment
