About The Position
The Parts Sales Associate sells, at retail, parts to all available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. This role involves assisting customers in selecting required parts, suggesting companion requirements, and ensuring that customers are aware of the full product line. The associate will also be responsible for pulling purchases from stock, determining availability for out-of-stock items, and submitting emergency orders when necessary. Additionally, the associate will generate and develop new wholesale accounts, maintain existing accounts, and provide exceptional service to all customers.
