About The Position

The Parts Associate works closely with the parts team. You will be responsible for parts harvesting and parts cleaning. Minimal driving to vendors to drop off and pick up parts.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and team player
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Good driving record
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
• Mechanically inclined and with the use of basic tools preferred
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Create and receive shipments
• Verify incoming/outgoing parts/materials
• Maintain an accurate inventory database
• Support installation team with daily supply needs
• Replenish truck stock for remote technicians
• Research part(s) needs for walk-in customers and technicians
• Maintain accurate stock counts
• Communicate with internal and external customers
• Process parts through our Warranty program
• Minimal drops off and picks up parts from vendors
