Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, automotive, or RV parts sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of RV systems, parts, and accessories is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical information and explain it clearly to customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Valid driver’s license may be required for certain roles

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing RV parts, accessories, and related products
• Provide technical advice and product information to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RV parts, industry trends, and new product offerings
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize stockroom areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
