Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts management or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and accurate records.
- Support the Parts Manager in daily operations, including ordering, receiving, and distributing parts.
- Provide excellent customer service to dealership personnel and customers by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the parts department.
- Train and assist team members to improve efficiency and knowledge of parts handling and sales.
- Contribute to achieving departmental goals and objectives.
