About The Position

Crown Automotive Group is seeking a full-time, paid Parts Apprentice to join their Mercedes-Benz Parts Department. This role is designed for individuals aiming for a long-term career in automotive parts, providing a strong foundation in parts operations, inventory flow, dealership systems, processes, and customer support. This position is part of the company's long-term succession planning, intended to replace an experienced counter person and build future depth. While prior automotive or parts experience is preferred, it is not required; a commitment to learning and the right mindset are key. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
• Ability to pass drug and background screening

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage parts for technicians and wholesale customers
• Deliver parts to service bays efficiently
• Assist with hot-shot deliveries as needed
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control
• Process parts returns and core handling
• Maintain organized bin locations and department cleanliness
