Requirements

High school graduate or GED
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Nice To Haves

Prior knowledge and experience of the vehicle parts industry is preferred
Understanding of basic automotive components and systems

Responsibilities

Deliver parts and accessories to internal and external customers.
Verify parts noted on the invoices to be delivered match the parts taken for delivery.
Review with the customer the parts delivered match the part numbers invoiced.
Ensure all invoices are signed by the customer.
Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.
Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner.
Drive the courtesy shuttle.
Move vehicles not currently being serviced and keep an orderly area so that vehicles can be easily found and moved.
Keep the service drop-off area clean and free of debris.
Retrieve newly serviced vehicles for customers.
Other duties as assigned.
