About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts and Service Support Representative to join our team. You’ll play a key role in keeping customers operational by accurately fulfilling parts orders, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions that drive uptime and add value.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to dealer and customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Identify and recommend parts using diagrams and product documentation
  • Accurately enter and manage orders through our ERP system
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders with speed and accuracy
  • Proactively suggest related and preventative maintenance parts
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and receiving stock
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Promote service programs and solutions to support customers and drive sales
