Generates sales quotes to customers for equipment & generator parts, service, rentals, and rebuilds on Taylor Forklifts & all generator makes and models. Quotes services in the field and works with all customer relations. Develop new customers in assigned territory while maintaining current accounts. Attending and working industry tradeshows and conferences to strengthen the company brand and develop customer relationships. Create and implement strategies for equipment & generator service and rental growth. Also, work closely with the Taylor Power System sales rep to develop a relationship with their customers to gain service opportunities. Work with other PSSR in NC for regional customer & business growth strategies unique to the territory customer base. Incumbent is to provide a detailed call report to the Sudden Service Manager weekly to discuss customer concerns and demands in the field. Mains and submits accurate and timely expense reports to North Carolina Sudden Service Center Manager. Maintain & build customer business upon the territory.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess tact and diplomacy with customer base and peers.
  • Incumbent must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, since employee will be driving company owned vehicle and will be covered under corporate insurance which has strict coverage requirements.
  • Incumbents will be required on occasion to stay overnight at out-of-town locations.
