Requirements
- Must possess at least one year of SWALIS, DPAS or a similar inventory database experience.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Office programs).
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
Responsibilities
- Issues and records all parts issued on provided Repair Part Reports and use reports to update the SWALIS/DPAS database.
- Processes initial request, turn-in, and issue documents (DD Form 1149) of required ancillary gear to Techs and SEALS.
- Receive post-deployment turn in of all ancillary gear and determine serviceability for re-issue.
- Builds repair-part kits and toolboxes for deploying units.
