The Parts and E-Commerce Specialist will be an essential part of keeping multiple internal teams running and providing exceptional service to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, coordination, and being in a team.
  • Organized, customer-focused, and service-driven with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Takes pride in doing meaningful work, but doesn’t take yourself too seriously.
  • Great attention to detail, can work as part of a team, and can prioritize.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with equipment diagrams, online sales, or content creation.
  • Experience with inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on support of the parts teams with customer interactions, phone calls, email requests.
  • Review inventory and determine items that should be sold off and research current values.
  • Generate listings that include thorough descriptions, technical details, and quality images.
  • Utilize e-commerce opportunities to help supply customers with the parts and services we can offer them.
  • Complete point-of-sale transactions at counters in multiple groups as needed.
  • Coordinate shipments and pickups for sold orders as needed.
