Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Associates degree preferred, but experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.
• Experience in an automotive environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and other specific applications used in the role.

Responsibilities

• View, compile, and analyze customer releases.
• Create shipping orders and make necessary adjustments.
• Send Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASNs).
• Maintain customer web-based applications and complete all documentation.
• Interact and communicate daily with external OEM and PIA customers.
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify root causes of failures in processes, procedures, and systems.
• Step in for Supervisor or Team Lead when unavailable to meet departmental goals.
