What You'll Do Guest Support Assist retail and service guests in selecting the right parts Provide friendly, professional, solution-focused service Order and Inventory Management Pull and fill parts orders accurately Review repair estimates to confirm correct parts and pricing Notify service advisors and guests when special orders arrive Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs to the Parts Manager Technical and Systems Work Use electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems Source hard-to-find parts when necessary Ensure accurate billing to repair orders Maintain organized records and documentation Who Thrives Here? Requirements

• Automotive parts experience preferred
• Dealership experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and components
• Comfortable using parts catalogs and inventory software
• Clear communicator in person and on the phone
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to recommend companion parts and add value
• Reliable and accountable
• Team-oriented
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Guest-first mindset
• Ability to lift automotive parts
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and service guests in selecting the right parts
• Provide friendly, professional, solution-focused service
• Pull and fill parts orders accurately
• Review repair estimates to confirm correct parts and pricing
• Notify service advisors and guests when special orders arrive
• Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs to the Parts Manager
• Use electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems
• Source hard-to-find parts when necessary
• Ensure accurate billing to repair orders
• Maintain organized records and documentation
