About The Position
North Reading Subaru is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy and professional parts department. Requirements
- Prior automotive parts experience (Subaru experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
- Familiarity with parks software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) preferred
- Valid Drivers License
Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts and accessories
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and parts organization
- Process orders, returns, and warranty parts with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter on the phone, and via email
