Position Overview: As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service operations running smoothly by delivering the right parts, at the right time, with exceptional customer service. You’ll be a trusted resource for customers, technicians, and vendors alike.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves
- Previous Parts Advisor experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic automotive components and systems
- Automotive dealership service experience is a plus
- Automotive certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and vendors and answer phones in a friendly, professional manner
- Deliver outstanding customer service at the parts counter and beyond
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter, work area, and stockroom
- Collaborate closely with the Service Team to coordinate parts for repairs and service
- Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department needs and customer requests
- Receive, unpack, and accurately store parts to ensure availability and efficiency
- Perform inventory counts, maintain records of goods received, and manage perpetual inventory controls
- Process payments and obtain credit authorizations as needed
- Handle core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns efficiently and accurately
