What You’ll Do
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in keeping the department running efficiently by supporting internal teams, maintaining accurate inventory, and delivering excellent service to customers.

Requirements

• Automotive parts experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

• Prior Parts Advisor experience strongly preferred
• General Motors experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and materials, verify shipments, count inventory, and report discrepancies
• Assist internal and external customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts
• Provide pricing, availability, and product information over the phone and in person
• Recommend related parts, companion items, and current specials when appropriate
• Pick parts accurately using picking tickets and deliver them promptly to technicians
• Return unused parts from the shop back into inventory correctly
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked parts department
• Support daily department operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
