Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
MUST have experience with automotive terms and parts
Ability to work with computers efficiently
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check and review of motor vehicle records.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Reynolds software or similar is preferred

Responsibilities

Pull and fill orders for daily shipment, delivery and/or pick-up
Call on outside vendors for emergency out-of-stock needs
Communicate with customers on price quotes, payment processing and credit authorization
Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing
Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed
Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
Notify management of parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
