Requirements

• Previous dealership or automotive experience required
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, professional attitude
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Solid computer and internet skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts and accessory needs
• Locate parts from in-house inventory or external sources (vendors, other dealerships, online)
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts and accessories
• Monitor inventory levels and keep the parts warehouse clean and organized
• Coordinate parts delivery and installation when needed
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
• Stay current on vehicle models, accessories, and promotions
• Ensure parts are delivered safely, accurately, and on time
• Support team operations and take on additional duties as needed
