About The Position

Lyle Pearson Auto Group is the #1 Luxury Car Dealership in Boise, ID, and we are looking to add a Parts Advisor to support our ever-growing Service Department! Are you an experienced automotive parts professional looking for your next opportunity? Lyle Pearson Acura is seeking a knowledgeable, organized, and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. Our Parts Department plays a critical role in supporting our technicians and delivering an exceptional ownership experience to our loyal clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced with OEM parts, preferably within Acura or Honda environments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts-related role preferred.
  • Knowledge of OEM parts and dealership operations; Acura or Honda experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, service advisors, and management.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Acura or Honda experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians and service advisors by identifying, sourcing, and distributing correct OEM parts.
  • Accurately process parts orders, invoices, and returns.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure parts availability for repair orders.
  • Communicate effectively with service technicians regarding part status and timelines.
  • Ensure all parts transactions comply with manufacturer and dealership procedures.
  • Keep the parts department organized, efficient, and customer focused.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service to support dealership operations.
