About The Position
Crowley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a knowledgeable, customer‑focused Parts Advisor / Parts Counterperson to join our Bristol, CT team for 2026. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced dealership environment, enjoys helping technicians and customers, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and exceptional service. You will support our service technicians, retail customers, and collision center by identifying, sourcing, and managing OEM parts. You’ll also contribute to monthly parts sales goals and help maintain smooth, efficient parts operations. The role reports directly to the Parts Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive parts sales or counter role.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort with electronic parts catalog systems.
- Team‑oriented, flexible, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Create a friendly, helpful environment while serving the needs of technicians.
- Track all incoming and outgoing dealership parts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Locate and source parts when items are out of stock, ensuring timely service support.
- Handle parts payment collection and ensure proper billing through the service and collision departments.
- Package and ship parts to manufacturers as needed, including required documentation.
- Use electronic and printed parts manuals to identify correct parts by make, model, and year.
