Requirements

Proficient in Word and Excel programs
Ideal candidate should excel in open communication, detailed orientated, well organized
Requires minimal supervision but will report to Maintenance Supervisor and Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

Adhere to all FCC Safety, Policies and Procedures
Adhere to all DOT and OSHA requirements
Part ID with vendor schematics
Inventory management to include ordering, receiving, tracking, stocking, and warranty processing
Maintain par levels of inventory
Load/unload deliveries with forklift – will train
Able to lift and carry up to 75lbs
Invoicing and PO creating/closing and filing
Monthly budget management
Create reports, monthly consolidation
Work closely with vendors
Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Fleet Manager
