About The Position

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service with timely & accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, & services offered. The individual must be highly motivated to develop and grow parts sales throughout the St. Louis metro area.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the selling processes.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with independence.
  • Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with parts sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate part solutions.
  • Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and trends.
  • Operate a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner, ensuring it remains presentable at all times.
  • Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
  • Routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.
