The Partnership Solutions Engineer (PSE) is a cross-functional, technical role that drives monetization and scale of Raintree’s Vendor Marketplace. As a linchpin between Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and external developers, the PSE enables seamless third-party integrations while reducing internal operational overhead. This role combines developer enablement, integration QA, onboarding operations, light technical support, and agentic AI automation—all in service of unlocking high-margin revenue through scalable, self-service APIs. The PSE will be responsible for owning Gateway revenue—including all associated sales order forms, vendor onboarding, and technical implementation enablement. This includes working directly with external vendors and clients, managing sandbox access and usage, supporting testing and launch efforts, and coordinating with Finance on billing structure and fulfillment. This is a high-impact role with a direct line to measurable revenue outcomes and strategic partnership growth.
