About The Position

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with digital banking platforms, system integrators, and card issuing platforms. This role is critical to driving revenue through partnership-led sales, strengthening channel relationships, and ensuring our solutions are effectively positioned within partner ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or enterprise sales - preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of financial institutions, banking system architecture, and the role of core providers.
  • Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with or selling into core processors, banking technology platforms, or fintech infrastructure providers strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with digital banking platforms, ensuring strong alignment between partnership objectives and company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, supporting ongoing communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities within existing core processor ecosystems and drive expansion strategies.
  • Manage partner-led sales motions by educating partner teams on product offerings, value propositions, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with partner sales teams to generate, qualify, and close partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals.
  • Track pipeline, forecasting, and revenue contribution from core processor partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build and execute joint go-to-market plans.
  • Support the creation of co-branded materials, partner training programs, and enablement resources.
  • Participate in joint marketing events, webinars, and campaigns with partner organizations.
  • Monitor partnership performance through KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to internal leadership.
  • Coordinate integration, certification, or technical collaboration efforts necessary for ecosystem alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, co-selling agreements, SLAs, and partner program requirements.
