Support the Global Partnerships team in driving revenue growth by contributing to market research, lead generation, proposal development, and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in partnerships and business development within the sports and entertainment industry who enjoys uncovering insights, crafting compelling presentations, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in partnerships, market strategy, and the sports and entertainment industry
  • Experience or coursework related to market research, sales strategy, or data analysis preferred
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify, analyze, and evaluate potential brand partners across target industries
  • Assist with prospecting efforts by sourcing leads, gathering contact information, and identifying key decision-makers
  • Support the development of customized partnership proposals, including the creation and refinement of pitch materials and client-facing decks
  • Analyze partnership trends, audience demographics, and competitive landscapes to inform outreach strategies and deal positioning
  • Collaborate with sales team members to execute outreach strategies, track follow-ups, and manage pipeline progress
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring reliable data on prospects, client interactions, and sales opportunities
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to contribute research-backed insights and creative ideas
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure efficient daily operations of the Global Partnerships team
