The Los Angeles Rams are seeking a Partnerships Designer to join the Creative Services - Partnerships Design Team. This role is pivotal in the creative execution of assets for both current and prospective partners of the Rams. The Partnerships Designer will be tasked with creating impactful pitch presentations aimed at attracting new partners, as well as designing sponsored social media content, digital assets, in-stadium materials, and print collateral for existing partners. The position requires a strong focus on supporting the Creative Services team in delivering Rams-branded materials that align with the team's and NFL League's guidelines and best practices. In this role, the Partnerships Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines while producing high-quality, on-brand work. Responsibilities include proven design work in presentation formatting, mockups, layout, typography, and social media graphics. The designer will manipulate existing photos and renderings to reflect corporate partnership ideas and activations, and will be responsible for producing a variety of advertising assets, including copywriting, digital graphics, and collateral production. The designer must ensure that all creative output identifies and complements corporate brands' ethos, provides compelling visual elements for partnership fulfillment, and adheres to brand standards both internally and externally. The Partnerships Designer will also support the Creative group in fostering a creative working environment, encouraging brainstorming and problem-solving among the staff. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential, as the designer will need to provide clear creative direction and interact with various internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical for success in this role, as is the ability to deliver exceptional creative work while adhering to established brand guidelines. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required, along with proficiency in PowerPoint. A portfolio showcasing past and current work is mandatory for consideration.
