The Partnerships team is one of Baselane’s top strategic growth initiatives, with direct executive sponsorship and visibility. We’re building partnerships with the platforms, associations, and service providers that real estate investors trust most, and turning those relationships into a scalable growth engine. We’re hiring our first Partnerships Account Executive (PAE) to launch and scale strategic and channel partnerships. You’ll own the entire partner lifecycle — sourcing, pitching, negotiating, implementing, and growing relationships that directly drive revenue and customer acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of sales, business development, and account management, offering both strategic influence and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams — including Product, Marketing, and Engineering — and with external executives to bring integrations and co-marketing programs to life. You’ll constantly optimize performance through data, experimentation, and structured processes, ensuring each partnership delivers measurable impact. As one of the earliest hires on the Partnerships team, you won’t just close deals — you’ll define what partnership excellence looks like at Baselane, build repeatable playbooks, and establish the systems and frameworks that will scale Baselane’s next stage of growth. This is a role for a builder who wants to own a critical growth pillar.
