About The Position
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Calhoun/Dalton, GA team! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility required. Shift 7am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Multiple sites in Calhoun and Dalton If you live in or near Calhoun, GA we offer: Salary Range $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position. Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish/English Required
- Supervisory experience Preferred
- Staffing Industry experience Required
- Recruiting for a production facility Required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with time and attendance management
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Understand this is NOT a remote position

Responsibilities
- Lite industrial recruiting
- Daily reports management
- Managing KPIs
- Weekly time clock and attendance management.
- Payroll processing
- Daily walk-throughs
- Safety Observations
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments
- Troubleshooting associate needs
- Attending meetings with management when necessary
