About The Position

We are seeking a Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service and strong Recruiting experience in a lite industrial facility to join our great Partners Personnel team in McDonough, GA! . Monday-Friday. Will be working at client site in Forest Park. If you live in or near Forest Park we offer: Salary Range $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position. Requirements

• Recruiting for a production facility Required.
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to drive and meet KPIs
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with time and attendance management

Nice To Haves

• Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lite industrial recruiting
• Daily reports management
• Managing KPIs
• Weekly time clock and attendance management
• Payroll processing
• Daily walk-throughs
• Safety Observations
• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments
• Troubleshooting associate needs
• Attending meetings with management when necessary
