About The Position

The Marketing Manager will oversee and drive marketing initiatives for subsidiary partnerships, focusing on developing and executing strategies that enhance brand presence and partner engagement. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing various marketing activities to support partner-driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership marketing management.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and executing successful campaigns for partner-driven initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of integration with partners and global industry programs, channels and events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for subsidiary partners, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce partner-focused content, including marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize a website to enhance partner visibility and engagement, ensuring that it meets the needs of first party and third party events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute partner-driven events, webinars, and workshops to drive engagement and growth within the partner ecosystem.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
