About The Position

Partnership Marketing Intern: The Partnership Marketing Intern will support the execution and delivery of Life Time’s national sponsorship and media programs. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in project management, client service, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will assist with tracking deliverables, coordinating timelines, organizing assets, and supporting day-to-day communication related to partner activations across Life Time’s ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
  • Currently maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higher
  • Excellent written communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A passion for Life Time’s mission

Responsibilities

  • Support project management for partnership activations, including timelines, task tracking, and status updates
  • Assist with client service support, including preparing materials, recaps, and internal documentation
  • Maintain organized records of assets, deliverables, and approvals
  • Assist the team with general operational and administrative needs as projects require
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Interested in marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or client service
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Assisting in other miscellaneous tasks as needed
