About The Position

This role provides a unique opportunity to shape and lead partner enablement initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion. The Partnership Enablement Manager will develop and execute scalable enablement strategies for various partner types, ensuring that internal teams and partners have the tools, training, and resources to succeed. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to align initiatives with business goals, measure program effectiveness, and optimize partner performance. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on program management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, directly impacting partner-influenced revenue and organizational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales operations, or related functions, preferably within the financial or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of partner relationship management and enablement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude with high integrity and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus across teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as required

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Build scalable enablement frameworks for different partner segments, including resellers, system integrators, and referral partners
  • Manage and optimize the partner database to ensure accurate, up-to-date information on current and prospective partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, product, and customer support to ensure consistent messaging and delivery of enablement initiatives
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for partner success, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data and reporting tools and adjust strategies to improve partner performance and engagement
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned to drive business outcomes
