About The Position

Partnership Development Specialist (Milwaukee, WI) Looking to kickstart your career in sales and be on the frontlines of building new business? Good Karma Brands is hiring a Partnership Development Specialist to join our Home Office team in Milwaukee, WI. This entry-level sales role is all about helping our GKB/ESPN Sales Teams connect with businesses across the country. You’ll spend most of your day cold calling, emailing, and reaching out to potential partners to set up new business meetings. We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, coachable, and driven by results—someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, loves a challenge, and gets excited about creating new opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Set meetings with marketing decision makers via outbound calling (cold calling), emailing, social media, and other forms of outreach
  • Research leads to have a thorough understanding of businesses, their locations, and their potential fit with GKB’s solutions/services prior to initial outreach via cold calling
  • Input meetings on calendars of appropriate Sales Team Members (and potential partner’s calendar) with relevant details
  • Make notes on partners/decision makers in Salesforce
  • Curiosity and openness to adopting AI tools, with a proactive approach to learning and integrating them into daily work to drive better outcomes
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline lead research, personalize outreach, and increase productivity, while continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and output
  • Establish value by providing GKB or industry specific information/research to potential partners that can help in obtaining appointments
