About The Position

The Partnership Consultant - Strategy & Analytics at Two Circles is responsible for providing analytical and advisory solutions to rights holders and brand clients in the sports and entertainment industry. This role focuses on partnership valuation, return on investment (ROI), and go-to-market strategies, leveraging data to drive business results and enhance brand value. The consultant will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver insights and strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of business strategy, consulting, or agency experience (preferably in the sports/entertainment industry).
  • 1+ year(s) experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, or another statistical programming language is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Knowledge of sponsorship and the sports industry.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal contexts with external end-users and internal colleagues.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with additional statistical programming languages.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in sports and entertainment analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage relationships with agencies, brands, rights holders, and consumers to create strategies that drive brand value and business results.
  • Curate strategy for clients based on market trends, measurement, value drivers, and potential opportunities.
  • Identify client value and objectives, and develop strategies for positioning offerings in the marketplace.
  • Facilitate strategy development for key partner programs and identify growth opportunities for renewals and negotiations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of select partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met and aligned with client expectations and budgets.
  • Provide dynamic measurement and reporting across key metrics to partners, demonstrating performance across various data types and sources.
  • Implement data analytics vision through Tableau dashboard design for clients.
  • Monitor trends in sports, entertainment, and technology to identify new opportunities.
