Why This Role Matters: The Partnership & Events Activation Manager position is an exciting and fast-paced opportunity assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of several high-profile company sponsorship events and activations. In this role you will manage Group 1001’s NASCAR racing events, as well as touch our additional sports partnership, employee engagement, and Corporate Social Responsibility activities that support communities throughout the country (i.e. Gainbridge Fieldhouse events, F1 Miami, Indy 500, Cal RipkenSr. Foundation, Miami Dolphins, Indianapolis Colts). We are seeking strong project management expertise and capability to work in a highly fluid environment. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience for the company's important partnerships and will work closely with C-suite leaders. Reporting to the Director of Guest Experience, the ideal candidate will build strong relationships with our team and partners, pivoting from account management and rights delivery to ensuring partners strategically maximize the use of Sponsorship assets to drive brand and business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to lead partner engagement, event planning, activation, and on-site logistics. Position will be based in company headquarters in Zionsville, IN. No exceptions.
