About The Position
The Partnership and Development Director is the senior manager of partnership, sponsorship, and community engagement efforts for BREC. The position is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of partnership, development, and community engagement activities to include cultivating and managing relationships with community and strategic partners, devising sponsorship offerings, working with support organizations to create sponsorships, strategizing, collaborating and coordinating community events and other engagement activities, identifying and capitalizing on grant and other fund-raising opportunities, and working closely with BREC senior management and support organizations to prioritize funding needs. Incumbent must be committed to BREC's mission and the principle of social equity. Must have a passion for relationship building and parks and recreation.
