About The Position

Administration for Co-op and Partnership Advertising programs. This role requires strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel expertise to collect data from external stakeholders and reconcile it with internal databases. Implement and report on consumer promotions and campaigns. Measure catalogs and ads for square inch analysis and co-op claims; make timely co-op claims with appropriate proof of performance. Prepare Advertising Audits to bolster claims and to increase participation in partnership ad programs. Contribute to maintenance of contact, policy, and co-op advertising agreement databases. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as assigned): Branded Advertising Program Support Recommend, record, schedule, implement, and report on partnership ad programs. Evaluate manufacturer program objectives against SRE business needs and capabilities. Estimate costs, report results internally and externally. Make timely co-op claims with appropriate back-up. Reporting, Tracking and Database Administration Measure catalogs and ads for square inch analysis and co-op claims Track and report ad value in all media, prepare ad value audits. Maintain contact, policy, and advertising agreement databases. Report on the status of claims made, collected, and funds available. Manage workflow and cross functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Collect information to respond to questions from vendors and colleagues; resolve disputes with assistance. Share information (promotion schedules, status, research) with manufacturers and coworkers regularly. Contribute to the development of efficient co-op management tools and processes. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Two or more years practical experience in related field. Preferred experience within ecommerce, multi/omni-channel marketing, automotive or supply chain. College degree in advertising, marketing, communication, business, finance, or equivalent experience. This is a hybrid position. Initial training is 100% on-site and then moves to a minimum of 2 days per week on-site after. Requirements
