About The Position

This role is with our Partners in Performance, part of Accenture. Sitting within Accenture Strategy, our Performance Strategy consulting team focuses on improving human performance and working as true partners with clients to drive meaningful change. As part of the Performance Strategy Consulting team, you will be working in teams to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help industries and organizations overcome their biggest challenges. Requirements

  • 10 years of strategic advisory exposure.
  • 3-5 years in a similar senior level role in a professional services industry (strategic consulting firm ideal).
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze operational data using proprietary methods and tools.
  • Develop and quantify strategies for optimizing the organization's operations and implement the strategies in close partnership with the organization's workforce, from the C-Suite to employees on the ground.
  • Provide frequent and immediate coaching to ensure data and KPIs are properly interpreted and leveraged to manage operations.
  • Model high safety standards in often hazardous and remote settings (e.g., mines, oil rigs, factories).
  • For select projects, support the design and management of capital projects, and build and execute energy transition plans.
