What We're Looking For This role is best suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical execution, strategic enterprise architecture, and partner ecosystem development. We need architects who are builders first with proven ability to operate in complex enterprise environments. You should be someone partners want to learn from because you've been in the trenches building real agentic systems. 1. Well-developed Salesforce Chops You need to be a Salesforce platform expert, not just conceptually familiar, but someone who's built complex, production-grade solutions on the platform. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience Expert-level understanding of Data Cloud (vector databases, semantic retrieval, zero-copy federation, data graphs) Deep Agentforce knowledge (Agent Builder, Atlas Reasoning Engine, action types, reasoning strategies) Production experience with Einstein (Model Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein Trust Layer) Solid grasp of multi-cloud Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud interactions) Understanding of integration patterns (MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven architecture) Comfortable with Apex, Flow, LWC, 2GP 2. True Builder Mindset You're a maker, not just a strategist. You prototype, you code, you build reference implementations that partners can fork and extend. You work with real implementations — You co-review/assess GitHub repos, demo orgs, installable packages You learn by building — When a new capability drops, you build a POC within days You create reusable assets — Reference architectures, starter kits, evaluation harnesses, tooling You're intellectually curious — You're reading arxiv papers, testing new models, experimenting with patterns You extract patterns from building — You don't just build once; you recognize what's reusable and codify it You balance speed and quality — Fast iteration but production-grade thinking 4. Enterprise Strategic Planning Exposure You understand how enterprise architects think about large-scale transformation programs — not just technical architecture, but business architecture, risk management, and change enablement.
