As a Partner Success Manager, you will serve as the primary account owner and strategic relationship lead for a portfolio of Sideâs Real Estate partners. In this role, you will focus on driving partner performance, operational excellence, retention, and thoughtful expansion through strong, trust based relationships. You will work closely with partners to translate business goals into clear operating plans, support adoption of Sideâs brokerage platform, and identify opportunities for growth through existing partner relationships, referrals, and market insight. This role is highly consultative and collaborative, requiring strong cross functional coordination to ensure partners receive the right support at the right time while expanding Sideâs presence organically within their markets.
