About The Position

The Partner Success Manager will work with a set of IFS's Partners -- championing our ‘Partner First' strategy -- and is responsible for Success Delivery to the Partner through the leadership and effective orchestration of a large virtual team, management of program deliveries and strong senior relationships. The prevailing business priority is the Partners' successful competence in the delivery and enablement of IFS at our mutual customers. The Success Manager is front-and-center with our partners, understanding their desired outcomes, driving satisfaction and loyalty through a strong relationship, de-risking Partner engagements, and ultimately empowering our Partners to help them achieve world-class delivery and outstanding experiences with our mutual customers.

Requirements

  • Delivery project experience in customer-facing roles (IFS preferred).
  • Industry depth and experience in working with IFS's Partners.
  • Familiarity with industry-related trends, operating KPIs, and value drivers.
  • Strong acumen on delivery methodology and service offerings.
  • Focus on IFS end-customer experience with products and services.
  • Knowledge of Business Value Assessment (BVA) tools and processes.
  • Ability to develop Value Metrics and measure outcomes of the Success program.
  • Understanding of subscription services and support renewal processes.
  • Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written).
  • Ability to navigate within other IFS departments such as Support, R&D, and Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in building and evolving relationships with executives.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the ‘Partner First' strategy and ensure successful delivery to partners.
  • Lead and orchestrate a large virtual team for program deliveries.
  • Build and maintain strong senior relationships with partners.
  • Understand partners' desired outcomes and drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • De-risk partner engagements and empower partners for successful delivery.
  • Manage delivery-related risks at IFS's end-customers for partner-led delivery.
  • Lead executive steering committee meetings with customers.
  • Communicate progress to IFS Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  • Secure IFS references and report through the Voice of Customer (VOC) process.
  • Collaborate with Sales on potential upsell opportunities.
  • Communicate with Global Delivery SLT on potential escalations.
