The Opportunity As Partner Success Lead, you’ll be the one to establish how we support and scale our recruiter ecosystem. This is a player-coach role: you’ll start as an individual contributor, working directly with recruiters and building the playbooks, processes, and systems that will form the foundation of Partner Success at Paraform. As the function grows, you’ll have the opportunity to hire and lead the team.
