This dynamic, fast-growth company is seeking a Partner Strategic Sales Support Specialist - Bilingual to join our team and grow with us.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a client support role and 3 years' experience in a sales support role required.
  • Experience in managing key accounts/relationships.
  • Ability to effectively work with sales teams.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting individual objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong client relationship building skills.
  • Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and ad to the company's core values; Accountability, Communication, Commitment, Service Excellence, Integrity, and Collaboration.
  • Coordinate and manage enrollment meeting scheduling, including rescheduling no-shows and maintaining accurate tracking records in CRM.
  • Process and manage various participant level forms efficiently to ensure compliance and record accuracy.
  • Handle enrollment materials, ensuring timely distribution and proper documentation.
  • Conduct initial participant outreach via email, providing a warm welcome and distributing essential documents.
  • Assist in setting up access to recordkeeping website.
  • Provide client support by facilitating requests, processing necessary paperwork, and addressing inquiries.
  • Assist in creating service agreements for new clients opting into additional services.
  • Prepare and refine presentations to support client meetings before the scheduled time slot.
  • Conduct post-enrollment follow-ups with clients to address outstanding questions or concerns and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and administration.
  • Maintain and update client records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the partner sales teams, including Spanish translation with prospective clients.
  • Ensure partner sales teams are updated on all communication and issues with their prospects from pre-sale to 90 days post effective date.
  • Follow escalations through to resolution.
  • Assist with the conversion process by scheduling conversion meetings, managing the conversion email box, ensuring blackout notices are sent, and keep sales rep updated regarding any concerns or delays.
  • Increase participation by facilitating enrollment meetings, educating potential participants on all aspects of their plan in English and Spanish.
  • Conduct post 90 day service call handing off client to client support team.
  • Create and increase credibility by demonstrating knowledge of 401(k) plans including plan design, regulations, and compliance.
  • Document each customer interaction with proper internal/external documentation in CRM.
  • Ensure client calls are conducted over a recorded line.
  • Role model outstanding customer service.
  • Build inter-departmental relationships.
  • Offer solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to consistently meet KPI's and SMART Goals including quota.
