Partner Store Managers are responsible for creating and driving a strategy to increase the overall annual growth of unit sales within a portfolio of retail stores for a territory. This is accomplished by first partnering with territory and regional managers to build out tactics that will drive a sales culture within a store. As a Partner Store Market Manager, you will analyze and identify trends in performance metrics reports (e.g., previous sales) and customer feedback to help formulate sales optimization strategy across a portfolio of stores. These data are used to influence, coach, and educate Partner Store Consultant and retail staff on sales techniques and product knowledge (e.g., One Drive, Windows, MS Office, cloud storage, etc.).
