Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Project Management, Business, Communication, or a related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Alternatively, the employer will accept 4 years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience.
  • Requires two years of experience in the following skills: Product enablement and strategy, Monitoring program milestones and deliverables, Collaborating with Content Creators, Agency, and Media or Technology companies, Communicating with stakeholders, and product and operations teams, Influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives, Data analysis, Monitoring program costs including profit and loss ("P&L"), Identifying strategic opportunities through data analysis and economic incentives, Deploying new product go-to-market strategies, AND Designing, developing and executing complex programs or projects at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver scalable solutions for video creators.
  • Support managed partners like digital-first creators, and liaise with internal stakeholders to understand partners' core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities to help partners achieve platform success.
  • Own data analyses, form hypotheses, and develop frameworks to deliver insights that will improve partner.
  • Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results that will improve partner.
  • Align with product and operations teams to act as an expert on specific media products, including Facebook monetization products, Reels, In-stream revenue.
  • Responsible for the implementation and optimization of product rollouts through educational trainings and workshops.
  • Collect, deliver, and operationalize market feedback to help craft product strategies, and serve as an internal advocate.
  • Identify operational opportunities and help improve or innovate new processes to drive strategic growth.
  • Support the creation, deployment, and management of goals and plans for existing partners.
  • Make sure services cater to partners and are designed to add new partners dynamically.
