About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as the technical bridge between a cloud AI platform and its strategic technology partners. You will design and implement high-impact integrations, build reference solutions, and enable partner teams to deliver exceptional joint customer outcomes. The position requires hands-on engineering, deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, and practical experience with GPU-accelerated AI/ML workflows. You will influence product roadmaps, provide architectural guidance, and support partner-led deployments while ensuring enterprise-grade performance, security, and observability. Success in this role means creating scalable, production-ready solutions that accelerate AI adoption and strengthen partner ecosystems. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or technical pre-sales within cloud or data platform companies.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, GPU-accelerated AI/ML workflows, and MLOps pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with integration architecture, including API design, data pipelines, security, and observability.
• Proficiency with Python and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-ready solutions that scale reliably across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface with strategic technology partners, ensuring smooth collaboration across engineering and product teams.
• Design, architect, and deliver integrated solutions that provide clear business and technical value for joint customers.
• Build and maintain reference implementations, production-grade integrations, and enterprise-ready patterns covering networking, security, compliance, and observability.
• Translate partner and customer feedback into actionable product and roadmap requirements.
• Enable partner teams through technical documentation, demos, and hands-on training.
• Provide technical leadership in architecture reviews, joint deployments, and complex troubleshooting scenarios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product strategy and support partner ecosystem growth.
