About The Position
At Squarespace, we believe in the power of the individual to make great things. Through integration partnerships, Squarespace reaches users with the tools and features they need to succeed. We’re looking for a Partner Solutions Architect who is passionate about understanding and supporting those partners as they integrate with our products. As a Partner Solutions Architect you will collaborate closely with the Business Development team, collectively responsible for driving new partnerships and identifying growth opportunities for the company. You will support partners from initial pitching to post-launch by consulting on how to best integrate, and ensuring a smooth integration, launch and post-launch experience. We're looking for someone who will enjoy working with our technical product suite and contributing to the team’s goals through a mix of technical consultations, technical support, writing and maintaining API documentation, and generally supporting third-party stakeholders in all of their technical needs. You will also liaise internally with the product-specific and Platform technical teams to ensure a depth of knowledge of the tooling and to provide feedback from our external stakeholders. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Business Development and be based out of our NYC headquarters.
